Mark’s Custom Exteriors has been a successful decking, roofing, siding, and window installation company since 1993. With so many incoming requests for other types of projects and household needs we have created Mark’s Project Pros. This company is designed to help you with large or small home projects. Mark’s Project Pros can help you check your chores off your list and complete tasks from roof and gutter cleaning to organizing your garage. With this new handyman service we hope to help our customers in a new way and offer quality work for your homes needs.

HOW CAN MARK’S PROJECT PROS HANDYMAN SERVICE BE OF HELP TO YOU?

Our full service technician has the experience and knowledge to assist you with the projects that need attention, but may be more than you are willing to take on yourself. It could be as simple as changing a light bulb that is just beyond your reach or maybe it’s just a matter of having the time to paint that one last bedroom…..just keep in mind, “Large or Small – We do it All!”

Our technician is licensed, bonded and insured and a direct employee of Mark’s Project Pros. Our work is guaranteed and your satisfaction is very important to us. We strive to get the job done in a timely manner and most importantly DONE RIGHT!

Our handyman will arrive in a bright yellow, very well stocked service van that you can not miss!!! You are encouraged to provide your own supplies however we will be happy to do the shopping for you keeping in mind that our technician will be “on the clock”. You may have the opportunity to shop for supplies while he is busy prepping your job as well

Our services are billed by the hour and each job will be reviewed by our technician giving you an estimate on the time required to complete the job. If our technician feels that the project may fall outside of our boundaries, we will be happy to refer you to a service provider for the task at hand. Once the job has been completed, our handyman will collect payment for the service and/or supplies provided.
